Our performances, as always, are open to all, with a suggested donation for those able to contribute of $20 (Yes, after 9 years at $15, it was just time…). We remind you that all proceeds go directly to the performers. Your donations make these concerts possible!

Florilegium: Songs of Medieval England from 1150-1300

The Eybler String Quartet Haydn String Quartets, Op. 20 #1-3

The brilliant Eybler String Quartet returns for two programmes this year to present the complete Haydn quartets of Opus 20, in preparation for their next recording. This concert is an offering of the first three, but you will have to wait for January to enjoy part 2!

“Vice and Virtue,” featuring Capella Intima and the Gallery Players of Niagara

Saturday, February 8th, 2025, 3:00 pm, at the Rock on Locke:

An oratorio for five voices and instruments by Luigi Rossi—“Giuseppe,” the biblical story of the coat of many colours—comprises the first half of this fourth collaboration between Hammer Baroque’s resident ensemble, Capella Intima, and the Gallery Players. The second half features secular canzonettas, instrumental dances, and madrigals that celebrate the themes of Vice and Virtue, with projected images of Giotto’s famous frescoes from the Scrovegni Chapel in Padua. Not to be missed!
